Wellspring offers recovery-oriented mental health services and supportive housing.
Here’s how we do it:
Case Management assists adults with mental illness in developing skills and resources they need to participate in their community while achieving personal recovery goals such as obtaining and maintaining housing, employment and education. Services include: individualized recovery plans and progress, advocating for clients and teaching self-advocacy, and accessing community benefits and resources.
Peer Support Service draws upon a wealth of lived-experiences! Wellspring’s Peer Support Specialists offer structured, scheduled, non-clinical therapeutic activities such as: sharing relevant personal stories, serving as role models, encouraging consumer voice and choice in treatment plans, attending meetings with clients, and empowering clients for socialization and advancing community living skills.
Outpatient Treatments help clients achieve their desired goals for recovery. They help maintain stability and address behavioral and physical health needs through individual, group and/or expressive therapy.
Wellspring Works Individual Placement Supported Employment (IPS) is an evidence-based practice for adults living with mental illness. Wellspring Works utilizes a zero-exclusion approach and develops competitive employment opportunities. It matches the client’s skills and talents with an employer’s needs and helps empower the client to fulfill a personal recovery goal.
